Summerside Brewsters part 2

Hi again,
So August 12 we went back to Brewsters for wings , this time they we really good plump, juicy not over sauced these were really good!

Now, the Manager hovered and constantly checked back to ensure they were good and her staff did a great job. If I didn't complain, would they have been this good...I don't know. But stay tuned I will go back for the wings without boss influence. We will see what happens.

Brewsters Summerside

August 5th

The family went to Brewsters Sumerside to enjoy wing night, buy a beer get wings super cheap. This is a regular Tuesday evening for us. Anyway we have noticed that to get good wings you need to specify when ordering not to overcook the wings or they come out extremely dry and way over cooked.

We received our wings and they were extremely dry. When removing the meat from the bone the bones snapped in our mouth, The flavored wings were just as dry but the sauce was so thick, it was like they new but were trying to hide it and moisten it with the sauce. Didn't work.

Unfortunately this time not even a request at ordering helped.

The email I sent in complaint. I did receive an apology and an invitation back

"We have been going to your Summerside location for wing night since April. Last night was the worst. The wings have been so over cooked its unbelievable. The chicken bone were so dry from being overcooked they snapped! Even upon ordering I asked them not to be over cooked. My father had the steak sandwich and well he would have been better off chewing on his shoe it was so tuff!

It is a shame how the quality of your food goes down if it is on special, in order to pump it out faster.
